Healthy chai tea recipe to boost your immune system ! Borrowed from Crudessence, adapted by me, here is a translation!
- 2 Anise stars
- 1\2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tablespoons reishi mushroom (Got mine at the anti-capitalist health food store Le Frigo Vert, but i guess you can find it in most health food store or asian grocery store)
- 2 tablespoons Goji berries
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups almond milk (the original recipe use homemade almond milk, but you can use whatever non-dairy milk you like)
- maple syrup to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put the water in a saucepan and add all ingredients, except the almond milk, the maple syrup and the vanilla extract. Cover and let boil for a good 20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Enjoy with friends :)
